For the first 30 days the store covers the unit itself, parts and labor — and our 1–3 days repair service comes with every appliance purchased from us: give us a call and we will be out within 1–3 days. We specialize in the sale of open-box returns and scratch & dent appliances from stores such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. Those stores take major appliances back within 48 hours for all kinds of reasons — wrong size or colour, an impulse buy — and some pick up dents or scratches on the surface. So we are able to lower our prices and provide additional discounts on top of the current sale price.
All of our appliances have been tested and are in good working condition. Cosmetic scratches and dents do not affect performance.
Yes — a free 1-year warranty, parts and labor included. The first 30 days are covered by the store; CPS, a third-party warranty company, covers the rest of the term. Extended warranty is available up to 4 years in total. CPS charges a $99 deductible per service request, and the warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Express A4L delivery gets your appliances to your home in 1–3 days. The delivery fee is an estimate, and the delivery fee and any service fee are not refundable once the unit is out for delivery. You can also pick up at the store.
